Comments: Was a very solid run for my current fitness, glad to have finished so well. What would you do differently?: Well, have more run fitness, it just isn't where I am at in my main race training at the moment. Post race
Warm down: 8 mile run at z2 pace. What limited your ability to perform faster: Just where I am in my training, need more weekly miles to sustain a faster pace.
