Awesome job! Definitely a good race and I'd agree that Blue Hills does an awesome job. You should come out to Manhattan for Flint Hills next June!

Congrats on a good race (despite that whole throwing up thing). I was at this race too (my first tri, actually), and my friend said that when the lady who won the whole thing crossed the finish line, she bent right over and puked. Yikes! If that's what it takes to win a race, count me out!

I have to tell you that I was about 1 inch from wiping out at the bike turn around... seriously, I thought I was about to go down. Granted, my bike handling skills are not the best, but that was ridiculous! I'm sure a lot of us must've had trouble there!

Anyway, congrats on the race! Going to be doing any more this year? I live in OP and am thinking about doing the Jackson County Tri in a couple weeks. Maybe I'll see ya there...
