Subject: RE: Swimming - Fatigued TricepsYou might try to concentrate on "pulling your elbow" rather than "pushing your hand" (if that makes any sense ). From the "catch" part of the stroke, "pulling the elbow" will use lats rather than "pushing the hand" which will be all tricep. Regardless, swimming uses the triceps and if you are new to it, it might take some time for them to wake up. |
