I really don't find riding my bike when it's so windy all that fun, but it's probably been good for me - I definitely feel more comfortable riding in gusty conditions after these past few rides, which may serve me well if I end up facing a windy race.
Happy with my run system of doing my easy runs outside and speedwork on the treadmill.
Swimming has hit a plateau over the last month. No real improvement in swim times, though I think I have seen some gains endurance-wise. I feel like I made my best gains when most of my set consisted of 50m repeats. I've been doing 1x 200, 2x100, 4x50, 2x100, 1x200 as a main set with usually a bunch of 100s or 50s after. I think the 200s are good for pacing so I will likely keep those, but I think I may go back to doing mostly 50s and see if I can get my times down again. Maybe two sets of 1x200,10x50.
