Subject: Student Challenge September has arrived again and if you're like me the first of this month often feels like January 1st as far as resolutions go. So here's the challenge...
Students out there be it college, university, high school... whatever adapt a training plan and stick to it!
I find its all about balance and personally making it all fit in a day is a feat in itself. My goal is to complete the couch to olympic plan over the fall, winter and spring and participate in my first triathalon next summer. I have been an on-again off-again runner, cyclist and swimmer for years now and I think setting some serious goals and working towards them will really help my lifestyle, health and confidence. I will be posting my training logs so please leave me messages with what you're up to becuase its always easy to keep going when you're part of a team rather than on your own.
