Today is 45 minutes of strength training, then one hour tempo trainer ride. I might do tomorrow's swim today due to scheduling issues tomorrow. Ironman training is kicking my trash!

Hit the pool today, short Course so I did drills for an hour and 15 min of core

Stopped off at the beach on the way to work this morning and ran from Powerhouse Park up to Tables Reef and back, then jumped in the ocean for a quick trip out to the buoy. (6 Mile Run, 1000 Meter Swim)

At lunch I parked at the trailhead and a 4 mile Out-And-Back up the valley before heading down to state beach and back. Did the last 6 miles at half marathon pace. (10 Miles, 4 Warmup, 6 mile Tempo)

3000m of swimming in the outdoor pool--water was actually almost too warm! About to head out for a short run to break in some new shoes.
