Subject: RE: 2.18.15 Wednesday WorkoutStopped off at the beach on the way to work this morning and ran from Powerhouse Park up to Tables Reef and back, then jumped in the ocean for a quick trip out to the buoy. (6 Mile Run, 1000 Meter Swim)
At lunch I parked at the trailhead and a 4 mile Out-And-Back up the valley before heading down to state beach and back. Did the last 6 miles at half marathon pace. (10 Miles, 4 Warmup, 6 mile Tempo)
