Pre-race routine:

Jogged a bit, not to much. Just down Water Street and back. It's a noon start so I ate a early breakfast and just chilled at home.

Better then last year. Conditions were better too!
What would you do differently?:

Not much. I am happy with the results. I could do some speed work but that would probably interfere with my marathon training.

Warm down:

Had some beer with my college buddies!

Event comments:

Good race. It is a gathering for me and some friends from college. I hope we keep the tradition alive!

I've rested them for 6 weeks, twice. I've had Active Release Therapy, massages, I'm doing Trigger Point, and stretching. Yet, I'm still having issues and can't get above 3 miles.
