quads sore, not my best run

Fairly hot on the run, but great conditions overall. King's Trail was pretty washed out and made it a bit difficult to navigate in a few spots.
Post race
Warm down:

beer & food. Lavaman always delivers with Kona Brewery and a nice buffet BBQ

Event comments:

Lavaman always does a great job !

Glad to have my first 2015 tri in the books !

Good early season oly.  Congrats on a fine race.

Oh, and thanks.  I may never swim in the ocean again.

Thanks Steve....not my best time, but ah...glad to get out there and have some fun.

Just reef sharks at the buoy, nothing to worry about. I highly doubt they'd want anything to do with a mass migration of triathletes.
