Pre-race routine:

Got there nice and early. Waited too long to use bathroom, but luck out at finding one (handicapped porta-john) at start.

Easy job to start, additional easy strides at start.

What would you do differently?:

Probably go out 5-10 sec slower. Perhaps it would have netted me a 42:5x

Good race. Key is to get there early and use bathroom. Then get to start and check bag, they will close the bag check lines early.
