Pre-race routine:

Decided to forgo wetsuit for the short swim, so got in and got used to the water temp. Waves were going off every 4 minutes, so we got into the start chute just before setting off.

I felt like I was having a really good (ie less than 2:00/100) swim--turned out a little slower, but I was really comfortable, so I was okay with it.

Sounds like a very fun race!  Nice job on feeling good throughout.
