Funny.  When I saw this thread, I thought "Why would they be talking about Enterprise, Alabama?"  We have, to my knowledge, the only monument to the boll weevil around.

Well ArkyJones, since the trash talking has begun, perhaps the Boll Weevils let us down this time, but if I were you I would be more concerned that your icon--the razorbacks--might let you down all season...it will be especially difficult to receive a last game of the season crushing loss at home issued courteosy of the bayou bengals.....GEAUX TIGERS!!!!!!!

Whoa, whoa..... I was here for some friendly smacktalk. You know that once you bring up SEC Football things are likely to get out of hand ; ) Much like my tri finish times, being a Hog fan keeps me humble.

That said, TWolves will CRUSH the lowly Weevils!!!!!

Ahh, I can see how SEC football smack talk would be hitting below the belt for an Arkansas fan. People are just feeling all ramped up b/c the season opener is TOMORROW. And I can see Tempe, AZ on the horizion.

Tht being said, the mighty Boll Weevils will destroy your thundercats. Much like the cotton fields of the 1920's.

GEAUX WEEVILS!

I am doing a 10 mile on sunday...and if I can find a cheap road bike to buy in the area, may get a bike ride in on Monday...I am poor, so it all depends on cash flow...the all mighty dollar...

The challenge was great, while it lasted for me. I was a half-mile into my run this morning when I hit the edge of the curb, twisted my left ankle and went down. Got to the ER this afternoon (Sprained), so I'm effectively out of commision for this challenge.

I'll try to keep up on the inspires though

Bummer!  I am sending anti-inflammatory thoughts your way...

We Boll Weevils need to rally and put in extra miles to support our wounded comrade.

I upped my long run to 6 miles today!

Go Boll Weevils!
