I am going to be out of internet contact for the weekend, but I will be back on tuesday to check in and collect the data. Here are my weekend plans, so you can keep me to task... I was a half-mile into my run this morning when I hit the edge of the curb, twisted my left ankle and went down. Got to the ER this afternoon (Sprained), so I'm effectively out of commision for this challenge.  I'll try to keep up on the inspires though |
