I love this race, 4th time doing it. It's always a big hit and I will be back. I got the EXACT time that I got last year. Which was my PR for a 5 mile race. Could've pushed it 1 second harder, always next year!

I've rested them for 6 weeks, twice. I've had Active Release Therapy, massages, I'm doing Trigger Point, and stretching. Yet, I'm still having issues and can't get above 3 miles.
