Top o' the marnin' to ye (meant to be read in an Irish accent!)

4:30am:  4 mile run:  1 mile WU/2 miles of 400 repeats/400 RI/1  mile cool down

5:15am:  :45 minutes Military Fit Plus+threw in some pull ups as well

Later:  quite possibly heading out to Blue Lake to get my swim on!

Wow...exciting weekend coming up!  Jamie, I totally cannot wait for the race report--it, as well as the race, will be epic!

Dworth--good luck in the OLY!

HR--I am up at about 3:55am--I do a little reading, a little Facebook scrolling, and then get moving.  Usually I'm in my workout room by 4:20ish.  It's just become what I do. Tomorrow I have 1:30 on the KK though so I'll have to get down there earlier--yikes!

Have a great day all--and Denise, thanks for posting yesterday!  You have your work cut out for you as a superintendent! Much easier to deal with just my kids than kids, teachers, parents, community!

Happy St. Patty's Day from South Florida!

Managed to make it out for a 4.5 mile run/walk this morning. Nice when it's a little cooler. Once the sun comes out, plus the humidity - eesh!

We have a pub crawl scheduled for tonight - should be interesting! i go out with the best intentions to party, but once it hits 9pm, I'm ready to go home!
Everyone be safe and have a great day!
