Very slow jog. Not much leg left from bike. Needed to bring HR down first half mile.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

BB is not a fast bike. Need to do more bricks, especially bike/run.

Event comments:

This is my favorite race of my season. It is always very well organized with a lot of wonderful volunteers. My only issue is that there is not enough bike rack space to layout your transition space

Congrats on a great race. When you say this was your first time going clipless, do you mean first race or first time ever? I'm still not ready to go clipless yet....too much of a chicken! Sounds like a fun race.
