Good morning BT!

4:45 am:  :45 minutes upper body strength

5:45am:  hill repeats with the doggies

At 7am:  chasing CC runners then training my ladies

Later: 12:30pm:  heading out on the mountain bike...I actually convinced a friend to go with me!  I'm so excited to have some company and share the beauty with someone.

Oh, yesterday got in 1400m at the pool--felt strange to swim without a wetsuit, first time since last summer!

Have a great day!

7:15 (yes)- 2300' swim, endurance focused

I forgot to set my alarm last night, so I woke up a half hour later than normal. When I got to the gym (somehow, only 10 minutes later than normal), I found that I had not packed underwear or socks. Drove the 20 minutes back to the house, and then back to the gym. So, yeah, my day is off to a GREAT start.

Morning!
Hate those days when I forget stuff. I left the house yesterday without my swim suit, and was going to the pool after taking my car to emissions, so had to drive home, get the suit and then drive back. Luckily I live between 2 local pools so the time lost was only about 10 min, but frustrating!

5:30am - 5.5 mile run
7am - 40 min TRX and PT exercises. Trying to stay consistent with my core training, seems when I do my lower back stays happy!

Taking the kids to the pool and hanging out with them the rest of the day. This is their last week off before camp starts for the rest of the summer. Can't believe how fast time flies by!

Looks like a few others had same morning I did. Woke up a little late to make it to the pool at 5:30. Tweaked my saddle on my bike to go make a test ride, but got caught up with work. Finally made it out for a 4 mile run. Now trying to get some lunch.

crazy day for sure!

Guess I had a good swim as I managed not to forget anything! Though I did mount a fruitless search for my favorite suit (a cheap tri-suit that didn't work out due to chafing on the run, but I like swimming in it when my legs are tired as the compression feels good) before settling for another one--later discovered it rolled up in a T-shirt in my running clothes drawer. No idea why!

Double workouts today as pool was closed Monday for the holiday so I did Monday's swim and Wednesday's bike today. Both were pretty substantial workouts (1:30 with 4 X 9 minutes FTP intervals; 3200m of distance repeats) so both upper and lower body are equally tired. Should sleep well tonight!

3 mile run tonight with 2x800 fast in the middle. I waited until the sun went down to avoid the heat, or at least try to avoid it.

Kim how's your new sick ride? Show those trails who's boss?

Dear nightlights protect my sleeping BT kids. Burn clear and steadfast tonight
