Subject: RE: 7.6.16 Hump Day! Guess I had a good swim as I managed not to forget anything! Though I did mount a fruitless search for my favorite suit (a cheap tri-suit that didn't work out due to chafing on the run, but I like swimming in it when my legs are tired as the compression feels good ) before settling for another one--later discovered it rolled up in a T-shirt in my running clothes drawer. No idea why!
Double workouts today as pool was closed Monday for the holiday so I did Monday's swim and Wednesday's bike today. Both were pretty substantial workouts (1:30 with 4 X 9 minutes FTP intervals; 3200m of distance repeats ) so both upper and lower body are equally tired. Should sleep well tonight!
