Good morning BT!

5:00am: 20 minute walk to get moving

5:30am:  :45 minute upper body strength

At 7am--chasing CC kids

Later today:  heading out for a long mountain bike ride.  Hoping to hit at least 18 miles.  One thing I have learned this summer is that trail miles on the mountain bike and road miles on the road bike are verrrrrry different!

Oh, yesterday managed to fit in 1400m at the pool.

Have a great day!  Halfway to the weekend!

just 27 miles on the bike this morning. it was damn hot and humid. still struggling with my saddle on new tri bike. only on my right inside leg. i'm iritated, since I spent 2 hrs with my fitter with about 12 different saddles only to end up back to original one. My seat post was too high originally, but that was adjusted and felt good before leaving, and now seems off again
