Subject: Island Lake 8/7
Hi Everyone,

I'm planning on heading to Island Lake on Sunday for a S/B/R. I'll be at the main Island Lake beach close to opening 8am. Planning on 1.5 mile swim, followed by 3-4 laps on the bike and then a lap around Kensington. If anyone would like to join, that would be awesome!

I am running Boston in April and Ironman Lake Placid is in July. I have been told that it is ambitious to think about doing an IM so close to a marathon due to the recovery time. Any suggestions?
