Good morning BT!

8:30am:  :45 minutes on the trainer--several speed intervals to get the heart rate up

9:15am:  :30 minutes upper body strength

Heading back out to the salt flats again today...uuuugh!  My cc runners are bustin' their butts though, so it's all good!

Lake--I'm doing my first ever XTERRA in Lake Tahoe!  I'm so excited and nervous!!! It's Olympic distance but boy it's going to be different on trails!

Have a great day!

Kim- I think it's great you are doing something new. It is tough to put yourself out there but we have to keep trying new things. You will do great! Let me know how it turns out.

I am too tired to do much. The travel to Louisville was tiring and I didn't get to bed until after midnight three nights in a row. I will get back to it tomorrow.

Have a good week everyone.
