Subject: Sweat Test
Can someone recommend where to get a sweat test? I am in Michigan.

YOu can do your own by weighing yourself pre & post ride naked and tracking fluid intake & number of times you've urinated between the two weighings. That will tell you your fluid losses/hr. are you looking for measuruements of sodium as well ?

I agree they are pretty simple to do on your own if what you want is to figure out an estimate of how much fluid you want to take in per hour. I can email you a worksheet I use if you want.

If you're looking for an analysis of your sweat then you need a testing site with a lab. I've never done that because I'm too frugal.

Yes, I am looking for sodium loss and other mineral losses if they track them.
