Subject: 8.31.16 Happy Hump Day! Good morning BT! 4:30am: :50 minute run with some sprint intervals at the end 5:30am: :40 minute upper body/core Ooooh Karen...love the 'one more' idea! I'll be adding that one in next week! Yesterday's practice was a bit of a trainwreck. We are back up into the high 90s, meant for the kids to do some fartleks, my three groups got way too spread out for me to work with everyone so I was constantly back and forth on my bike. I busted butt to get up to my lead group when I realized I had a flat tire--was about 2.5 miles out on a desert trail So, hopped off the bike, turned around and ran back pushing my bike. By the end of practice everyone was hot, tired, and cranky. Long day ahead...school, CC practice, then Open House at the school. I am going to be dragging by the end of the day! Have a good one! |
