Good morning BT!

4:30am:  :50 minutes on the trainer, high cadence stuff

5:30am:  :40 minutes upper body/core

So check this out if you have time:  https://www.facebook.com/search/top/?q=project%20speed%20%20denise%20mueller

This is happening out at Bonneville this week.  This woman, under her own power, pedaled 103 mph on the salt flats. The guy who set the record at 152 mph is her coach--he's helping coach her to set the women's speed record.  Pretty cool stuff!

Have a great day!

That's pretty cool - almost as cool at the 4,000 and double silver stars you have.

Recovery ride for me - race yesterday was tough, but went well. Will post my race report in a bit.

Have a good day and week!

4 mile run. I am struggling to get my speed back. All of my joints have hurt the past several weeks. It's probably old age but I don't like it.

I look forward to the race report.

Have a good week everyone!
