Subject: 9.7.16 Happy Hump Day!

Good morning BT!

4:30am:  5.5 mile run: 2 miles easy, 3 miles at 10K pace, 1/2 mile easy

5:30am:  40 mins  lower body/core

1/2 way to the weekend already!  Lol!  Have a great day!

Easy week with White Lake 70.3 on Saturday.

Today, 30 mins in the water, partly to get some speedwork, partly to test the swim skin.
