AM 50 minutes of running with some skipping/bounding drills mixed in  
PM 30 minutes of strength work 
  
Not sure why I have been so tired lately. I am fine during training, especially early AM, but not lasting very well in the evening. There's a nasty stomach virus going around at work; so far I've been fine....knock on wood!  |
