Subject: 11.20.16 Finally cooled off Sunday

The weather down here finally took a turn away from summer! I celebrated by going camping out at the lake and when I woke up there was ice all over my gear, so i figured the best way to handle it was do a mini off road triathlon. The fog was so thick in the lake that I really had to stick close to the shoreline so i wouldn't get lost, and when I got out my hands froze into claws, but I still hit the mountain bike trails and immediately afterwards ran the same route, running over all the mountain bike obstacles. That was really cool. Evidence yet again that sleeping in aint ever worth it. Hope you all had an awesome Sunday!

Great stuff. Weird (and nice) to see some frost out this morning. Of course, it'll be back to 70 tomorrow.

3:30 - easy 50' spin, pedal stroke focus.

What is this cool weather and frost you speak of??

25 minute run and one-hour bike reverse brick here. No cooling in sight. It did rain for about an hour after no rain since Tuesday. I guess rainy season is still trying to decide if it should give up the ghost or not. It's about time!

1 hour walk to get breakfast and back is all. rest for me. We did get a little rain here in SoCal so that was nice.
