Hello BT! Good morning!

4:45am:  30 minutes easy run

5:15am:  :40 minutes lower body 5X5 + core

First home games of our high school basketball season tonight--so excited to watch my daughter play.  Although now that she's signed to a college before every game I will be doing a 'please protect her knees!' plea to the universe!  Lol! Basketball is her only season I seriously worry about her getting hurt.

Also happy to report last night I finished up my Youth Exercise Certification to add to my personal trainer certification.  I am almost ready to launch my kids boot camp in January!!!

Have a great day!

Way to go on the certification. Great stuff.

11:50 - 45' strength

It's 70 here today. I might have to make a Dairy Queen stop - I'm sure that's part of my nutrition plan. Ha. Have a great day!
