Good morning BT!

6:15am:  :30 minute run with strides thrown in the middle

6:45am:  :45 minutes 5x5 strength + core

It looks like we're in an inversion situation--no sky to be seen at all. I hope it doesn't last long...I need to see blue sky!

Karen, you painted quite a picture of yourself in your onesie!  Lol!  I would look ridiculous in that!  Ha!

Basketball games at the high school later today so back into the school I go.  I am actually planning to spend all day up there tomorrow to get ready for next week.  Kind of nice that we don't start until Tuesday.

Good morning!

6:15 - 2,200 yard swim, lots of tempo intervals. It kicked my butt. Still figuring out how to actually use my 735 in the pool, so there were some more user errors. One day I'll get it figured out, or I'll just go back to my old Timex.

Registered for nationals last night, so now that's officially happening. Starting to get excited about 2017.

5:30am -50 min power altitude spin

9:30am - 45 min spin - gym was pretty dead this morning

I'm looking forward to it getting colder over the weekend! Supposed to rain the next couple days.

56 minute run with some hill repeats. The trail where I usually do these is closed due to tree damage from the ice storm; fortunately our town is very hilly so it wasn't hard to find another hilly spot to do them!

We are supposed to be getting cold weather here too and possibly snow over the weekend and next week; trying to finish up some errands today and early tomorrow before the yuck hits!

3 mile walk in between the rain. Maybe a quick ride or trainer this afternoon if time permits.
