It's March!!! 4:15am: :20 minute easy run to get legs moving 4:45: 1:20 on the bike trainer--main set 4X12 min high zone2/3 Later: I start my new job as strength/conditioning coach for our high school softball team! This will be my first paid position as a trainer--helps that I know the coach (hubby) and the pitcher (daughter)! Nepotism is alive and well, lol! Robert, I hope you have a little time to explore. Master 8247  Eugene, Oregon Bronze member | Subject: RE: 3.1.17 Rabbit Rabbit Rabbit! Nepotism, indeed! Thankfully, my coaching season has just finished as of yesterday. All four of our teams (boys and girls in two different age groups) were in the top 2-3 at city championships, and two of the relays took the title. Didn't count the top-3 kids, but I handed out a ton of ribbons yesterday! Now back to my own training, which has been a mess. 5 AM: One hour trainer ride, mostly Z2 with a bit of Z3 stuff. 6:10 AM 15 minute brick run after I actually felt halfway decent, but am just nowhere where I thought I'd be by this time of the year. Ugh. |

Expert 1074 Tyrone, Georgia | Subject: RE: 3.1.17 Rabbit Rabbit Rabbit! Good Wednesday! Got in a 45 minute Z2 run and then UPS arrived in time with my ANT+ dongle and lightning connector so tested that out on the Wahoo. Nice to get HR back into the metrics. |
