Subject: RE: My Boston Qualifying race recapThank you. I go into that in the podcast but the biggest thing that helped me was consistently running 6 days a week for at least 30 min. I eventually went from running 20 MPW with a 5k PR of 21 minutes to over 70 MPW with a 5K pr of 18:30. I did a lot of structured speed workouts and an equal number of tempo and long runs. They are all important in my opinion. |
