AM: 45 minutes of pool running (I'm covering 1150 meters in that time! ) That is about 25 meters a minute, or 4 minutes/100m. (Can you tell--I get bored and think about stuff like that! )
PM: 51 minutes of swimming (3000m ), bunch of different sets. That's 1:43/100m (auto-calculate on BT log ). It looked really awful out before I started and thought my swim was doomed, but really wanted to swim and not into the hard training ride that I would do instead (that was this morning's workout ). Amazingly, the storm headed elsewhere.
Conclusion--Running sucks as a means to move around in a pool! |
