Subject: 1.29.18 Monday Morning Good morning BT...Karen, first and foremost I am so sorry to hear the news of your dad passing. You take care of you and your mom--BT will be here when you are ready to get back to it. I am so sorry. 4:30am: :50 minutes on the trainer, high cadence work 5:30am: upper body strength + a ton of stretching. My hip flexors are so tight from all the climbing on the weekends--priority this week is loosening them up so I don't have the granny walk in the mornings when I get out of bed, lol!
