Always a long month--but it's been a good one! 4:45am: :35 minute run 2 3X6:00 Z3 intervals 5:15am: Upper body strength + core + stretching How's the moon in your place? I saw some of it before my bike traininer ride and thought that I would get to see more after my work out but I guess my internet source and what time to what in ever state was no listing times in the time zone that state is in. At 5:45 AM there was definitely some lunar action but by 6:50 there wasn't nothing left to see. 5:30 AM - 55 minute Bike trainer ride 5 X 15"@200% FTP and 6 x 3' @ 105% FTP (RI 2') 12:00 PM - 4-1/2 mile run

111 | Subject: RE: 1.31.18 Happy Hump Day! We watched the lunar eclipse and the moon only really got red for a short period when fully eclipsed. Trying to have a couple of days of active recovery for my cycle training this week before LTHR testing on the weekend. 545am: 1:10 ride. 6 x max cadence drills followed by a HRZ1 commute. 415pm: 0:37 HRZ1 commute. |
