It's a beautiful day here in Texas, so, naturally, my training has been exclusively indoors.
6:10 - 30km TT on the bike as part of the study. Yesterday was a low carb diet day (9%) as part of the study protocol, and it felt kind of gross on the bike. I really like meat and cheese, but, man, I need some carbs too!
Bit of a cold snap here in central Georgia. Lows back into the 30's and typical March breeze (read gusts) make it cool. I'll take cold weather as long as it'll come. We have plenty of days in the 90's with 100% humidity coming up soon.
Lots of pull ups and chin ups with some core work.
Indoor here as well. 1:05 trainer ride with some nasty Z3-4 builds. I don't think I could function on a low-carb diet, especially not when training hard. Even without it, my job is very active and my day involves a lot of walking and stairs. Whole grains, sweet potatoes, and pumpkin are pretty important energy sources for me. Think I would be both hungry and "hangry" without them!
