| 1520 Cypress, Texas | Subject: RE: 6.19.18 Tuesday Training Tuesday morning was an hour run with 7 x 20 sec hill repetes as the main set after the 20 minute warm-up/Z2 run and before the 20 minute Z2/cool down run.
In the evening I got an 1800 yd swim in. I did it and 10 yard pool that was about 2-1/2 feet deep at the shallow end. It was a swim though.
