Subject: RE: Focused or Balance Training Programs In my mind the single-sport focus programs are really intended for off-season. Normally people would choose one to focus on improving their weakest leg. Or sometimes they do two or three short single-focus programs to fill up most of the off-season. During the competitive season, you would probably want to be following more of a balanced training program so that you can optimize fitness in all three legs and be ready for your races. |
