Hello all!

My name is Valdis and i was 54 years old. In the BT i was new.Triathlon was me new wonderful sport !20 years i small training karate,but my daughter is orienteering and inspire me to do this sport.In orienteering one old triathlonist inspire me to do triathlon.2017 october i do my first small triathlon,the swimming was in pool,outside was could,this was last triathlone Estonia 2017 year.It was very hard swimm me,i 45 years do not swimm and bike i ride in mtb, but that sport like me.In 2018 i do some small triathlone and duathlone.This year i do one winter duathlon and Estonian wintertriathlone championship .This year i was do some small triathlone and Estonian Cup sprint competitions.Yesterday was first orienteering this year,it was good run training for me.Every thursday ,last in october.Very good competitions and good luck everyone!Triathlone was magnificent sport!
