Swim
Comments: Pace to the first bouy was good, easy solid swim, then i began having dificlutly catching my breath - next thing I knew if was 10 strokes front crawl, the 10 side stroke to catch up on my breathing What would you do differently?: Train more Transition 1
Comments: Long walk up the ramp, trying to catch my breath, plus both calf muscles were cramping - so I did not get in a hurry for anything What would you do differently?: Train more Bike
Comments: Bike went pretty well, had not seen the course, so was not quite sure what to expect - lots of hills, and lots of potholes. Passed quite a few people, felt pretty good.. Ran out of water in aerobar set up, it was already hot anyway, no water on the course. What would you do differently?: Have more water and put more effort into keeping it cold Transition 2
Comments: Again, took my time, making sure I did not forget anything important. Run
Comments: I ran the first coulpel of hundred yards, then couldln't keep up with my breathing.. My hips hurt, my calves were cramping badly - so most of the run ended up bieng a walk... What would you do differently?: Train more, have more cold water on board. Post race

Up at 4:30,. peanut butter toast, a bannana, and a cup of coffee. On the road by 6:10am, at the race grounds by 7:15am.
Wetsuit on 15 minutes early, some swimming before had to get loosened up.
