Warm down: did a half mile cood down lap around the baseball field What limited your ability to perform faster: still lower volume mileage, but it was my fastest 5K in 7 years. I probably could have cut the tangents a bit better. Event comments: Awesome weather on a perfectly flat course! Free admission to the apple festival following the race. Definitely recommended!
