Long ride of two hours followed by a 30’ brick run today. Felt good all around, but I’m glad it is done!

Hour run to close out the week. Feeing pretty good about the last three weeks.

Still on the hunt for a bike. Went to the lbs and they have four bikes total in stock right now. One of them is actually what I want and in my size, but it is above my intended budget. What isn’t in triathlon?!? Of course...I already named it, so I think it is just a matter of time before I cave and spend the cash.

Yes, you know you will!

First proper run since I broke my collarbone about 2 months ago. 10k at a comfortable tempo with a friend. Good to be back!

Rest week finished up for me,

Swim, x 1 1250m 30 min
Bike, x 3, 3 hr 15 min, all indoors
Run, x 2, 2 hr 15.

6 hours total for the week. And 2 total rest days. Although to be honest I still feel tired, hopefully that's just the daylight savings time change over the weekend messing with me tho.

looking forwards to a good productive week. Hope everyone had a good weekend.

First week in my new job, and I managed to do some exercise too! Rugby, tiny bit of 'running' and cycling

Hoping to keep building on this.

If that isn't a sign, I don't know what is.

I went to one of our LBSs to pick up some shoes for my wife and the guy told me they're taking orders for bike delivery in MARCH 2021!

My desire to ride 60 miles on Saturday was thwarted by rain and fog, so off-season officially begins now.  Six weeks of strength training, then two easy weeks before starting my 2021 plan late November.

I think Nicole mentioned there's a local sprint tri here that is actually giving it a go.  It's only like 5 miles from my house and I ride the roads all the time and it's my OWS practice place.  Unfortunately it's going to be like 50 degrees LOL.  No thanks!
