Subject: 01.20.2020 - MLK & 20/20 Vision Monday

Good Morning BT!

5:55 AM - 60 minutes on the KK consisting of a low power recovery session with high-speed cadence & single leg focus quadrant drills.

This is a recovery week so not two-a-days.  Next week I add swimming back to my cycling and running so I have that to look forward to as I take it easy this week.

Trying to get back into tri shape. I have a fitness facility close to where I work and usually spend most of my lunch hour there. 18 minutes slow and steady running on a treadmill today, followed by a few weight exercises and then some stretching in an area covered with floor mats.

35 minute run this evening. All easy and in Z2. Looking at a trainer session tomorrow.
