Comments:

This was part two of my weekend long run, so I kept it easy until the last couple of miles. I ran 8.4 the afternoon before to get my total mileage. In light of that, I'm really proud of how this went! I did stop at a potty for a couple of minutes (there was a line), so I did even better pace-wise.
