Authentic Athens Marathon - Run

Comments: I was injuried at the beginning of training, but tried some peptide therapy, which worked amazingly. However, I was weeks behind by the time it worked, so I was only able to train up to 15 miles. I went into this knowing I was there for the fun and history of this race, so there was no sense of trying to make any specific time. I was walk/running by the half, and just tried to enjoy the experience. Hearing the BRAVOs over and over was awesome, the the local support was amazing. This should be on every marathon runners bucket list. What would you do differently?: Nothing.  Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster: Injury Event comments: This was a bucket list venue. Greece is a wonderful experience, super affordable, and spectacular to view. The people are nice and I'll go again if I get the chance. Last updated: 2024-12-15 12:00 AM
