Comments: Seems that I have settled into a high 7 minute per mile pace. Need to break through that wall. I was shooting for 46 minutes so I was over 2 minutes off. Not a big deal, but something I want to get down to. What would you do differently?: Need to do more interval training. I think that will be my way to break through that 46 minute barrier. Post race
Warm down: Some stretching and walked back the mile to my car. What limited your ability to perform faster: Interval training perhaps. Maybe I just can't run faster. I am not slow, but I am not fast.
