The Roots - The Seed v 2.0

I will say that I was really surprised to hear this song in there. It has a really cool guitar, but the lyrics while don't have a lot of profanity are really dirty (which is why they didn't use the words). I like the song, but it was odd to hear it in that context.

I linked it to the sound clip from the actual broadcast (found the link on ST ), ao if you watched the broadcast you will know the exact part the clip came from.  It is the song thats playing when Macca is closing on Stadler.  How could you knot get pumped!

I wracked my brain for hours last night tryin to figure that song out! I finally remembered I first heard it watching "SWAT" w/ Colin Farrel so I searched the soundtrack for it. That will definately go on my list of training songs.

I have it on my DVR, I plan on keeping for a good while. I'm going to tape it to a VHS so it doesn't have any commericals. . If anyone wants a copy let me know. I will do my best to not have to many stops and glitches of commericals.

The song that was playing when michille jones crosses the finish line is from the soundtrack Angels in the Outfield. "Finale" is the name of the song form the soundtrack.

if you DVR'd it hook that baby up to your computer and make a DVD of it. Much easier to get the commericals out.
