Run
Comments: It was a nice run for me!(Surprise since I have not been training. Maybe that is the trick) It was the first time in a long time that I ran a 5K with out a swim and ride infront, so it seemed pretty short. I ran 9 min walked 30 seconds. I didn't like to walk because of all the people who would pass me, but I am glad that I did b/c I was able to maintain a faster pace. It was fun. What would you do differently?: I might train a little better. Post race
Warm down: Not much warm down, just changed into dry clothes to go out and watch the Half Marathon runners and Marathon runners finish! I went to see how Luke was doing and to watch him! Last updated: 2007-01-15 12:00 AM

I really was more focused on making sure that Luke was ok, but I did get to enjoy the start of the Half and Full Marathon before my 5K.
I had my race morning cliff bar and water.
No warm up.
