Subject: Remember me?Hi everyone,
I came here back in like September or October all excited to start training. Well here it is February and I'm actually starting. Woohoo!  This is a major lifestyle change for me though so I wanted to wait for what felt like the right time....I didn't want to be stressed out trying to fit it in with my crazy school schedule. So now I'm back to being excited again.
Can someone tell me how to use the training log and programs and all of that? I found the program I'm using and clicked import and nothing happened except for a screen asking for my money. Do you have to pay to use that stuff or am I just doing it wrong? I had the same problem with the log page....it wouldn't let me actually type anything in. I'm so confused!
I'm using the couch to 5k program cus I'm way out of shape. So today I went out and walked for 10 minutes. I felt like such a dork for gettin all dressed and ready just to walk a few blocks and come back, but I figure if I stick to the program I'm more likely to hold on for the long term. (I have a habit of goin full force into things like this and then bein sore, tired, and sick of it w/in a couple weeks ). Oh well, at least i'm gettin my lazy butt outside and doin somthin!
Anyway, thanks in advance for any help you can offer me in figuring out how the logs and such work.
