Subject: RE: running shoe replacementA suggestion: before replacing your shoes entirely, go to a specialty shoe store and ask for replacement inserts (usually anywhere from $10-25 ). My "old" shoes had about 300 miles on them, and I started getting knee pain - I added a thin insert beneath the manufacturer's insert, and the pain stopped.
