Comments:

The course was beautiful... I went out a little faster then I wanted to reached the mile marker at 6:21 wanted to be around 6:50 so I decided I better slow it down a little when I reached mile 2 at 13:52 I new I had a chance to break not only 22:00 wich was my goal I think I have a chance to go sub 21:00 when I came racing down the hill I saw 20:49 and knew even if I pushed it I was not going to break 21:00 but I pushed it anyway and finished the race in 21:11 a new PR for me plus I was a member of the 1st 250 so I recieved a medal ( a added plus ) So needless to say I am very happy about my race today. The last two weeks have been very good to me since last week I won my age group 1st of 39 at the San Diego Mud Run and finished 25 overall out of 776 plus todays PR.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing had a great time and a great race...
Post race
Warm down:

Not much of a warm down walked to the car with a big ass grin on my face and my medal around my neck because I had to hurry up and get home and shower needed to be at work by 11am...... ( made it just in time 10:57 )

Event comments:

Love the race can't wait to break 20:30 next year.... : )

Great job on the PR and on an awesome 2 weeks! I'm sure you won't have any problem breaking your goal of 20:30 next year!

I'm envious by the fact that you were able to do a race I have always wanted to do. What a great, fast course!
