Comments:

Happy with the run. Shaved 6 mins off last year's time. Ran all the way, albeit slowly! Last year I had just started running and had to stop a few times. Not today! The first 2kms were hard, but then I got into a good rhythm between 2-4kms, then the last km I just wanted to finish because I needed to go to the toilet! :) And what is that fable about the tortoise & the hare, you're meant to win if you plod along non stop, well there are people that run/stop/run/stop but still beat me in the end anyway because they're faster!!! :) Not to worry. I'm going to try to run 3 X weekly now and I'm aiming for the Women's Classic 10km distance in May. Ooooh scary!!! :)

6 minutes off your previous time, a promise of 3 weekly runs and a 10km in the pipeline, bring it on!!! You're coming along in leaps and bounds.
