College football followed by college football capped off with college football. I love this time of year. The great thing about technology is that these days you can go to the game and still watch all the other games on teh satelite tv while tailgating.

Hope everyone has a safe and wonderful holiday weekend.

Scott.

No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no!

Triathletes are not allowed to take theweekend off. Not even Labor Day Weekend. Get your butt to the pool in the morning, and get on that bike and give me 50, soldier!

And don't even LET me hear you talking about imbibing the suds. That is not in your training regimine.

Have a good one Trent!

Lara_SD - 2004-09-03 2:28 PM 50 what???  50 meters no problem...

I can even do that post-suds!

But no suds for me (weeeeelllll, maybe a beer or two tonight, but after that NONE!) because of the race. ACTUALLY, there's plenty of time between the race and Tuesday morning! Woooo-hoooo! Beer after the race!!!!

Miles, Lara, miles. Or at least kilometers. You're a triathlete, learn to think like one!

Post-race suds are acceptable. Hoist one for me Kim! AMaybe even two, since I'm a Clydesdale.

Good luck Kim, and all the other racers this weekend.

Have a great, safe, loooong weekend everyone. I'm planning on catching up on social appearances, and possibly some serious carbo-loading at the Taste of Colorado in Denver! MMMMMM, turkey legs and kettle corn!

8 mile hike in grants, nm tomorrow...  i guess i had better grab a hat and sunscreen..

be safe and train safe everyone

I don't know...a poncho and umbrella might be needed if this rain keeps up.

Hiking at Mount Taylor? I'm looking at a race there in a couple of weeks.
