Comments:

The run was very hot and sunny. Definitey conditions that I have not experience this summer in my first year of running. It has been cold and wet all year.About 300 participants this year will update later. I had to walk for a bit after mile 1 because I got a cramp after drinking at the water station.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing. I do these races for the fun of it I do not taper or anything because it is just another day of training.Once I lose more weight and be able to compete better i might take the races more seriosly.
Post race
Warm down:

Ate bagels, juice water. Talked. Stretched.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

My fat belly

Congrats on running the Bagel 5K. I went to college at the U of R until a couple months ago, and my 5K PR was at this race. I miss it
